Use this page to request deletion of your PlantSense AI account and associated server-side data. You can also email us directly at [email protected] to request deletion.
How it works
- Submit the email address used for your PlantSense AI account below, or email us at [email protected].
- We review the request and may contact you to verify ownership.
- Once verified, we manually process the deletion request within 7 days.
What will be deleted
- Your PlantSense AI account profile and sign-in email stored in our database.
- Saved plant collection data, notes, reminders, and related app data stored on our servers.
- Plant photos and scan-related content retained in our systems, if any.
What is stored locally
Plant data stored locally on your device (via AsyncStorage) is not affected by server-side deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear app data from your device settings.
What may be kept for a limited time
- Deletion request records, security logs, and fraud-prevention data for up to 180 days.
- Billing or transaction records that must be retained for legal, tax, or compliance reasons.
- Google Play purchase and subscription records managed by Google under Google Play's own policies.
If you only want to cancel a subscription, do that in Google Play. Submitting this form does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
